Last updated: 25 December 2025
Version 1.2

INEED CREATIVE MARKETING LTD ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") operates the website https://ineedcardpayments.co.uk and provides lead generation and introduction services to help UK businesses obtain competitive, no-obligation quotes for card payment processing solutions.

Important clarification
We are not a payment processor, acquiring bank, payment service provider, merchant acquirer, or regulated financial institution. We do not process card payments, handle transactions, store full card details, provide payment services, or give regulated financial advice. We act solely as an independent introducer, collecting basic business enquiry details and passing the minimum necessary information to one or two established providers (Dojo) so they can provide you with tailored quotes.

Any eventual merchant services agreement will be directly between you and the chosen provider — we are not a party to that contract.

We are registered in England and Wales as a limited company (Company number 16854692). Our registered office is at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under registration number ZC047639.
